Shopping for school clothes is always fun but finding the kind of clothes my 7 year old grandson will wear can sometimes be a problem.

Brice, my grandson, lives with me and he is going into the 2nd grade.  Some children will wear any type of clothes to school, but not Brice, he is very picky. 

The only shirts he will wear are the silky stretchy shirts.  You know the kind that are made from nylon.  Usually they are one solid color or they may even have a sports name or logo on the front.  We always buy around 7-10 different colors so they can match with most shorts.  I see many really nice looking collared and polo type shirts but Brice doesn't have that sense of style.  His type is uniquely his own and he will not waver or change.

Skoy cleaning cloths are the best replacement for paper towels ever.  I received the set of 4 Skoy cloths and at first I was very skeptical about how well they really would hold up for cleaning and absorbing.  These thin, flower decorated cloths work great for cleaning counter tops, kitchen, bathroom surfaces and more.  They look so thin but believe me they do the job.  I really put it to work when my grandson spilt KoolAid in the fridge and I used one of the cloths to soak it up.  I was not doubting the Skoy cloths any more after that because it absorbed every bit of the KoolAid up.  All I had to do was rinse it out and use it again.

Summer is definitely here and that means vacation time.  We love to go to the beach and to the lake.  The kids are really crazy about playing in the sand and making castles, molds and more.  This means buying several of the cheap  sets of sand buckets and molds from the local store.  These buckets usually only last a couple of trips because they end up broke.
