Wummelbox is a subscription arts and craft service for kids 3-8.  This company is from Berlin and it can send a craft kit straight to your mailbox once a month.  These kits are designed by a team of experts and they contain 4 fun, creative and educational arts and crafts projects.  

I was very excited to review one of these great sets from Wummelbox with my grandsons.  When the box arrived in the mail they could hardly wait to see what was inside.

"Can't Wait Willow", is a delightful children's book written by Christy Ziglar and beautifully illustrated by Luann Marten.  This book is the first in the new series of Shine Bright Kids.  If the name Ziglar rings a bell it is because Christy is the niece of the famous motivational speaker, Zig Ziglar. 

"Can't Wait Willow" is a book written to help children make good choices.  In the book, the Over-The-Top Circus is coming to town and Willow is very excited!  On the way to the, show Willow keeps getting distracted by things she can't turn down.  Willow buys ice cream, plays games, and does other things that uses up her Circus money.  Willow gets to the circus and realizes she is too late for the show and that she has spent all her money on other things.  The Ringmaster sees Willow is sad and he tells her to come back tomorrow for the next show and that she needs to ignore the enticing things on the way.  Willow does just as he says and ends up watching a great Circus show.

With age and different eye products my eyelashes have become really thin and they fall out.  When I was allowed to review Jan Marini's Eyelash Conditioner I was super excited to give it a try. 

I have been using this eyelash product for 2 weeks and I can definitely see a difference in the thickness and length of my lashes. I use this lash conditioner every night before bed and it is simple to use.  Just apply the conditioner to the roots of your lashes with the eyeliner type applicator.

I recently reviewed a really great product called emerginC Deglazing Cleanser.  If you are looking for a skin cleaner that is soap free, anti-bacterial and fast acting, then you definitely need to try this product.

I wash my face daily, this has been something I got into a habit of in my early teens.  Finding a good cleanser has been a search all these years but, 2 weeks ago I found an exceptional product when allowed to review this Deglazing Cleanser. 

This cleanser works really well for oily skin and skin that has problems due to break-outs.  It soothes and improves the skin by using active ingredients such as Balsum Peru and Usnic Acid.  It doesn't strip and dry out your skin like some cleansers that contain soap do.

Finally!  Someone heard the plea of Tuna lovers everywhere and invented a product that will not leave your hands smelling like a can of Tuna.  

This awesome product is called the Tuna Squish and it works great!

I was allowed to review this product and I couldn't wait to try it out.

I received a can of Tuna, a can opener and the Tuna Squish.

The Tuna Squish is shaped like a Tuna Fish with eyes and a smile!  The way it works is simple: Just open a can of Tuna with your can opener and then place the can in the Tuna Squish, mash down hard and turn it sideways, the water or oil will drain completely out.  Then release the handle, remove your can of Tuna, and the lid will be magnetically attached to the top so just press the fin on top and the lid drops off as easily as that.  No more stinky hands from having to drain your Tuna thanks to the Tuna Squish!

I recently reviewed a heart touching video for Word Films.  This film is titled, "Mother India: Life Through The Eyes Of The Orphan."  The film takes place in a large town in India where 2 men, David Trotter and Shawn Scheinoha, have came to produce a first-time film.  While they are there, they soon find a real reason for the film, the orphans of India.  With more than 31 million children left to die or live off the streets, 25 of these orphans become friends with David and Shawn.

I want to take a minute away from daily blogging to say a prayer for all those affected by the bombing in Boston.  How horrible can anyone's mind be to do that?  People having fun, reaching goals and enjoying life when out of nowhere they are bombed.

I just pray God has the healing process going on right now for the people hurt and the families of those who lost a loved one in this horrific ordeal.

Another tradgedy, this time it is to my fellow Texans.  The town of West, near Waco, had a huge fertilizer factory explode which has hurt and killed many.

Please pray for this town and the people.  My heart goes out to them as do my prayers.

  Most all of us know the Biblical story of Jonah and the Whale, but have you ever heard it from the whale's point of view? I just reviewed this wonderful book by Toy Schmidt and for sale by B H Kids Publishing., "Hey God, I've Got Some Guy Named Jonah In My Stomach And I Think I'm Going To Throw Up." 

  The story begins with the whale looking for food as he regularly does, when all of a sudden he feels something stuck in his throat and it tastes like dirt. The whale rushes to his doctor, Mr. Crab who tells him he has swallowed a human. "Oh, my! Why me?", the whale asks God.  God tells the whale to be patient he has a plan for Jonah. The whale swims away and trys to hide from God's words but it doesn't work, he has to learn patience as well.

Shake It Up - I Love Dance is a collection of 12 dance tracks that features songs by Bella and Zendaya, stars of the hit show Shake iT Up.  I don't know about your children but mine love this show!  Not only is it an awesome family show, it is also full of great dancing.  The girls in this show are best friends, Bella Thorne - CeCe and Zendaya - Rocky, and they star as backup dancers for a local TV dance show.  The show is really a big hit right now for kids 2-13.

I reviewed the most wonderful looking bracelet, the Cha Cha bracelet.

This gorgeous band of copper and white beads are attached to a copper colored chain.  It is closed at the end with a copper colored lobster claw closure.  Beautiful is an understatement for this bracelet!

Our Braxton was a very late walker, 16 months old before he walked alone.  Even then he would bobble and walk bow legged.   While searching online for footwear that would help him walk better, I found a wonderful shoe company called, Little Green Trike Shoe Co.  And do they ever have some awesome shoes for boys and girls.

There are several reasons that Little Green Trike Shoe's are so great. One reason is they squeak when your toddler walks.  It is a soft squeak and babies love it.  You will always know where your little one is because you can hear the squeak.  If the sound begins to bother you then you can easily remove the squeaker and put it back in later.

Another plus to these shoes are that they encourage  proper heel to toe walking.  Little Green Trike Shoe Co. has been given several awards for the making of their shoes.  Primary Medical Center has received  several pairs of shoes that have been donated to the children there who have foot problems.

What a beautiful time of year Spring is, everyone loves the beautiful flowers for sure  - and the good looking green pollen on every vehicle we own - uhhh NOT!  The flowers, yes but the green mess, no.  Along with the prettiness of the trees and colors comes severe allergies to many people.  We live in East Texas and green is on everything here, cars, toys, bicycles ,kids, the pets, you name it we will find it green here.

The Product Review

I must say I am very impressed by this product.  When I first came across it, I was skeptical that a piece of heat resistant silicone would stay attached to the sink!  I also wasn't sure how attractive it might be in real life.  Sometimes you see photographs of something and then in person it looks "cheap".  I am glad that Hot Iron Holster® gave me the opportunity to try this out for myself and to tell all of you.
