Carrie at Bella Cupcake Couture graciously allowed me to review a set of darling cupcakes wrappers.  These cute wrappers --Dorothy- Polkadots -are adorable. 

These wrappers come 12 to a set.  They sell for $12.00.

Bella Cupcake Couture Wrappers come in the standard cupcake size and in Mini size also. The standard size wrapper fits most "standard" size baking liners, however they have found the "best fit" is the 1-7/8" wall and 2-1/4" diameter base.
