I love good cookware and good bakeware.  I bake all the time.  Casseroles, cakes and one meal dishes are on my table several times a week.  To be able to make a good casserole I need good bakeware.  Denby USA has very, very good cooking products.  This company has been in business since 1809.  No lead or cadmium is used during the manufacturing process of any Denby product.

I reviewed the Large Oblong Dish in the color Azure.  This is a beautiful dish.

This Oblong Dish from Denby is a Oven To Table product.  You can safely cook in a Microwave and Oven from 220C/428F and take it straight to your then table.  It is also freezer safe.  

Last night I gave this pan a job.  I made Barbecue Chicken and I sure didn't want to mess up this pretty dish.  I was really hoping it would clean back up to look good again.

Here is the barbecue chicken before cooking.  I baked it at 350F for 1 hr.

As you can see, there is brown barbecue sauce and grease marks on the sides of the pan.  After we had dinner and the dish was completely cooled, I began to wash it.  I had to use a plastic scraper, but with that and Dawn Dish Soap, the pan became perfectly clean and looked as if I had never cooked in it.
