Udi's Gluten Free Hot Dog Buns and more review

review

Along with July being famous for our country's birthday on the 4th, did you know it also is also known for being "Hot Dog Month"?  That's right - National Hot Dog month.  With thousands of cookouts for hot dogs in July, Udi's has just what you need for those who choose to be gluten free.

Gluten is a protein composite, composed of the proteins glutenin and gliadin (in wheat), secalin (in rye) and hordein (in barley), which are elastic proteins in the protein family known as prolamins. This unique protein composite is insoluble in water and comes from the endosperm within the seeds of grass-related grains. In recent years some substantial and controversial studies suggest our bodies may not tolerate and digest this unique protein composite as well as everyone had always assumed. It is worth noting that some people believe this applies to everyone, and not just people suffering from some degree of sensitivity. Even if you aren't living gluten free, chances are you know someone who is.
Udi's has fine foods that are gluten free and you can not tell a difference in the taste.

Feeling better and having more energy seems to be the best outcome from eating gluten free foods.  Udi's wants to help everyone discover how well their gluten free foods taste.  Hot Dog buns, breads, cookies, Pizza crusts, brownies and many more products are a few of the foods that Udi's sells.
I loved these hot dog buns.  I decided to toast mine right before adding the hot dogs and they tasted great.  I read on the Udi's forum that most people preferred their bread and buns warmed before eating so I took their word on it and they were right.
I also reviewed a few of Udi's cookies.  The Chocolate Chip and Snickerdoodles were my favorite.  I love that the cookies were so moist and fresh baked tasting.  There was no way I could tell that these cookies were anything free, much less gluten free.  They taste wonderful and were gone in a few minutes with all my little tasters- 9 grandchildren.
Why not eat healthy and prepare your children for the future of healthy eating?  With foods like Udi's now available it is so easy.
Udi's foods are  now 150 Wal-Mart stores across the country! To see if there is a Walmart near you that carries Udi’s, enter your zip code into your store locator: http://udisglutenfree.us2.list-manage.com/track/click?u=f79b4cdc21fd3035b94f4086a&id=f54014293e&e=3a943eab62

I recommend everyone who is gluten free, and those who just want to eat better, to try Udi's products.  You can't go wrong by eating them so go ahead - give Udi's a try - you won't be disappointed.

*Thanks to Udi's for allowing me to review for them.
*I was not monetarily compensated for trying these products.
*The opinions of Udi's products are strictly my own.
*I received these products for review purposes only.
