Char Crust Dry Rub review/giveaway

review/giveaway

Created in 1957, Char Crust was created in the family steakhouse.  Keeping their fathers memory alive by continuing to add new seasonings each year, the Char Crust business is growing by leaps and bounds.  The story behind Char Crust is all about keeping the flavor held inside the meat while cooking.  Char Crust® dry rub seasonings create a sizzling seared crust, bursting with juicy flavor.
Char Crust can be used on any meat, fish, chicken and vegetables.  Just rub the seasoning onto the meat and then grill as you normally would.
There are nine delicious dry rub flavors to choose from. From mild to spicy, and bold to delicate. I was allowed to review 2 kinds of dry rub.  The first one was:
Original Hickory Grilled

Rich, hickory grilled flavor. This classy companion to your favorite steak is the original used at Al Farber's legendary steakhouse. A bit smoky-salty-sweet, it enhances the natural flavor without overwhelming. Also delicious on boneless/skinless chicken breasts, tuna steaks, and your favorite vegetables. Price: $5.49 each/4 oz.
I used this on my Sirloin Steaks and they were fabulous!  The juices stayed sealed inside the steak and the seasoning gave it a crispy edge.  We loved this seasoning!
The other Char Crust I reviewed was the All American Barbecue.
Everything you love about barbecue is here: molasses from Memphis, tangy tomato from Kansas, mustard, pepper, and vinegar from the Carolinas; and a wisp of smoke and chipotle from Texas. More than infatuation, this is true barbecue love! Lip-smacking good on ribs, chicken, corn-on-the-cob, and if you like ketchup on your eggs, try a sprinkle of All American Barbecue instead. Price: $5.49 each/4 oz.
I sprinkled it on my fried potatoes and it was great!
I love these rubs by Char Crust. The dry rubs really keep the moisture inside the food you add it to.  The price is very reasonable for a package.  There was enough dry rub for a couple of uses.
You can find Char Crust at most of your local grocers.  Check on the main website for store locator.
