Barbara's Cookie Pie review

  I have to let all my readers know about one of the very best cookies pies that I have ever tasted!  Barbara's Cookie Pies sent me their Peanut Butter Cookie Pie to try and it was delicious!  This scrumptious cookie pie tastes like a peanut butter cup with a buttery crust.  The cookie pie is the size of a small pie and weighs 2 lbs.  You would not believe it weighs 2lbs. because it is so light tasting.

The buttery crust that Barbara uses is one that has been passed down from generations to generations.  I love the taste of this crust - I could eat it all by itself- it's that good.  The toppings for all of the cookie pie's are created from a friend or family member's idea.
 The center of this pie is a smooth peanut butter and the top is drizzled with sweet milk chocolate.  My family and I ate this cookie pie in one day- it was that good!

  I received my cookie pie wrapped in cellophane and packed in a box with bubble wrap to keep it from breaking.  This cookie pie would make the perfect gift for that person on your Christmas list who has everything, it would be great to give a teacher or co-worker, it would be wonderful to give anyone.
