Comforte' Menstrual Cream Review

Comforte' is a cream based on what village healers in Africa have used for thousands of years for severe bad cramps for PMS .  Place a small dab of Comforté cream in your hands and rub from ovary to ovary before the onset of cramps. Massage across your abdomen for a few minutes to really penetrate and begin the magic. Best used across abdomen, lower back and breast or anywhere you feel pain or discomfort.
I received this cream free of charge in exchange for a honest written review and I needed to try something to help rid me of my monthly cramps.  The cramps I have are horrible and hurt so bad that I end up in bed for a few days.  I have tried caffeine, pain killers, over the counter menstrual medicine but none have helped like Comforte'.

Below tells you how to use Comforte' depending on how bad your cramps are.

Mild Cramps

At the first twinge or onset of cramping begin to massage your Comforté cream on any areas of discomfort and reapply every 1 to 3 hours or as needed.

Moderate Cramps

Begin massaging Comforté cream on the areas of discomfort a day prior to the onset then reapply every 2 to 3 hours or as needed.

Intense Cramps

Massage your Comforté cream across areas of discomfort 1 to 2 days prior to your cycle. Reapply every 2 hours on intense discomfort areas.

I have the Moderate to Intense Cramps and I did what the instructions said and for once in my life I was pain and cramp free.  The pain seemed to diminish within minutes.  This depends on different
people, but most women say the say thing.  It usually lasts for several hours and most all day.
Some people have used this cream on their sore muscles and I have fibromyalgia and I plan to use it on my next flair up.  The reviews on Comfort' all praise how it works.  I love this cream and recommend it highly.  No more medicine by mouth - from now on it will Comforte'.
