Hamburger Press With Built in Dimpler-from Cave Tools Review

   Cave Tools has another great product - the Hamburger Press with built in Dimpler.  I love that this product is made from silicone.  The silicone is so easy to work with.  I just placed a large ball of meat over the square and added the top of the silicone lid which had the dimpler in it, and I kept flattening out each square of meat.  When I took the top lid off and there they were - perfectly squared meat patties.  Any of the excess meat I just picked it all back up and added it back in the bowl for the next batch of patties.

  The neat thing about the Dimpler is it lets the burgers cook evenly.  I also like to add a little Worchestire Sauce right in that little hole so it will cook out into the burgers.

  Ths Hamburger Press will make 6 -1/3 pound square burgers.  If you notice in my pic above you will see the difference in the front row of squared burgers from the back row that haven't been flattened out yet.   Also as you can see each square is seperated from the other burger area, so if you have made to many patties, just add the silicone lid and freeze the rest,  When you are ready to cook the frozen ones, just pop them out and cook them.  I suggest having some frozen and ready to pop on the grill.  Wam! most of your dinner is ready to eat.

  The Hamburger Press is also good for saving left overs. Leftover chili, goulash, or even soup.  Just pour in the squares and freeze.  Pop the frozen food out and heat it up in a pan or in the microwave.  Dinner is done!
