CaveTools Chicken Wing & Leg Rack Review

  I love reviewing products for CaveTools because everything they make is so unique and works great!  I was given the opportunity to try their Chicken Wing & Leg Rack and this product is awesome.  If your family is like mine, we love chicken legs and chicken wings. I have never been able to figure out how to cook these without them sticking to the pan or all the sauce coming off.
With the CaveTools Chicken Wing & Leg Rack it is simple to cook them perfectly.

  I chose to cook chicken legs and to cook them in the oven, so this is why I added foil to the drip pan.  You do not have to do this, but I wanted to make sure I didn't get grease in my oven.  If  you cook these on a grill you won't need to use any foil.  Plus, the drip pan is also a place to add veggies and the drippings from the chicken and it will flavor your veggies perfectly.  Try adding potatoes, carrots and onions for the perfect side dish with your chicken.  Below is a picture of how my chicken legs looked when cooked:

   BBQ up to 12 legs, thighs or wings on this rack.  Cook your vegetables in the large drip pan below or use the drippings for sauces or gravy.  This rack cooks perfect in an oven, smoker or grill.  The legs of the rack lock into place so there is no need for worry about the rack collapsing.  The rack and pan are dishwasher safe which makes clean up a breeze.
