Suwit Muay Thai Training Camp is a camp where people come from all over the world to train in the art of Muay Thai (Thai boxing) which helps get their body in shape and to lose weight.
The Muay Thai camp is located in Phuket, Thailand. Here male and females of all ages and sizes, have been taught this form of martial arts for over 25 years.
Muay Thai practices requires you to use not only your fists and feet, but your core strengths as well. You will also use your elbows and learn about locking and various hitting strategies. Your body will become lean and strong as you learn this new art form. The competitions will keep you in shape and able to surpass the bar.
