When I was asked to review for Hearts For Hearts Girl Dolls I was really expecting just another doll for a little girl with some clothes like you see on toy store shelves everyday, but no these dolls are exceptional. I reviewed Nahji from India. She is a beautiful light brown skin colored with long brown hair. She has a tiny nose stud which is the cultural jewelry for India.  Nahji comes dressed in a tunic of bright fuschia-colored crinkle cotton, trimmed in white appliqué, and lavender leggings with deep hems of embossed gold print.

Nahji comes from Assam, India where girls are married off at young ages and destined to work in the tea fields. She is making a difference in her country by helping educate other young girls about the possibility of a better life.
