Groove Kid Nation is the brainchild of veteran record producer and keyboardist Rodney Lee. With over 20 years of experience in the music business as a touring sideman, record producer, and recording artist, Rodney is applying his talents to the realm of children’s music. 

Groove Kid Nation strives to expose children to the real sound of musical instruments, and to help achieve this goal, Lee enlisted some of the best musicians in Los Angeles.  Rodney is just a father and musician who set out to make some cool music for his son.

A great part of Groove Nation is  Groove Kid Nation will be donating 10% of the wholesale price of the CD to CARE.org. CARE is a leading humanitarian organization fighting poverty.

I reviewed the Groove Kid Nation "Music in Motion" and I must say this CD is adorable. My grandson loved the upbeat, groovy, and fun songs.  A couple of his favorite songs are "Go Kat Go" and"4 Little Kittens".  I think this CD is great for children to listen to. The instrumental part of the songs are so good- it makes the little ones want to jump up and dance.

Each CD includes a 10-page illustrated booklet that features the various characters from the songs playing their own instruments. In addition, all instruments and vocals are performed by top L.A. musicians.

This Groove Kid Nation CD will make a fun gift for your child and any other children in your life. Plus, this wonderful music gives back to those less fortunate as yourself.
