review/giveaway
I can not say how excited I was when I received the Green Earth Pan by Ozeri. I had seen the commercials on T.V. and always wondered if this pan was as good as it claimed.
Well, let me tell you that this pan is the best pan I have ever used.
Ozeri 's Green Earth Pan is made with a ceramic coating that is completely free of PTFE and PFOA. You will never have to worry about harmful fumes being released into the air because these pans are made with 100% ceramic coating that is derived from nature, not a laboratory. The Green Earth Pan’s natural ceramic coating is far more durable and scratch-resistant than other non-stick surfaces. With better non-stick properties, the Green Earth Pan by Ozeri allows you to cook with as little as half the amount of oil normally used.
This pan also gives you a good even cooking without the risk of hot spots. The Bakelight handle will not be hot to the touch when cooking, which is a great plus to me.
I love the deepness of this pan which allows the easiness of cooking anything that would normally flow over the sides of a regular pan.
I cooked meatballs in mine the other night and I loved the room I had as I was able to turn each meatball over and on all sides. I was also able to make a gravy for the meatballs, while leaving them inside the pan. I added the flour, seasonings and milk. I did have to add a teaspoon of oil because I did not use any oil in the pan for cooking the meat. Soon the gravy was brown and the meatballs were laying in the great tasting gravy.
I cannot say how wonderful this pan really is. Nothing sticks, you hardly use any oil, it is deep enough to stir fry or deep fry, and it washes with ease. All these things and more are what you get when you cook with Ozeri's Green Earth Pan.Order you pan today from Amazon for $38.95. It normally retails for $99.99 so you definitely get a huge savings and a pan that is definitely worth every penny.
