Have you ever been scared that the bath water you are about to place your infant, or child, in is too hot?  What may feel "just warm" by our touch may not be that at all.  Finally there is a way to check the temperature of the bath water while doubling as a great toy for your child to play with.

Turtlemeter is a floating bathtub toy as well as a bathtub thermometer.  This turtle instantly activates in water, floats naturally and is fully submersible.  The built in thermometer tests the water every second  and displays the reading in Fahrenheit on the top of the turtles back.  The LCD screen will turn these colors:

Blue for Cold

Green for Just Right

Red for Hot

The Ozeri co. is the maker of the Turtlemeter.  This product uses AAA batteries that can be replaced. 

I really like the Turtlemeter both as a toy and as a thermometer.  My grandson loves to fill the tub with his favorite bath toys and the Turtlemeter has already become one that he insists on having with every bath.
