I reviewed Noxicare's Natural Pain Relief Cream for my achy muscles and to use when my Fibromyalgia acts up.  I needed something that could work to stop the stinging, sharp pains I get on my legs and arms.  When my Fibro is acting up I can literally watch my muscles jump, it will get that intense.

I applied the cream to those areas and after 1 week I could see some difference in the pain.  The jumping did stop and the sharp stinging seemed to ease quite a bit.
