Pulled Pork just took on a new meaning when you use these new Wolf Claw Meat Forks. The pork just pulls completely off in shreds when using these claws. We love to shred our pork or brisket into strips and I have to use a fork. The fork is to narrow and my hands get very hot from the meat.
When I was asked to review these Wolf Claw Meat Handler Forks I was very excited. I cook a lot of roasts, turkeys and roast chicken. The claws pulled the meat quickly and more effectively . It also worked great on lifting the roast from the pan to the platter for easier carving.
The Wolf Claws are four to five times wider than the average fork, this 6-prong design lets you shred much more meat per swipe, significantly cutting your work time and effort. And the stay-cool handle's curved, ergonomic shape gives you maximum leverage with minimal effort. The heavy-duty nylon is solid-cast without holes or embossing, so it's super easy to clean.
I really like these meat claws. If you cook a lot of meat that needs pulled or shredded then these are a must.
Also great for tossing salads.
