  I received this complete set of Idealshape products  2 weeks ago and I have to tell you I love it and it works!  I have already lost 3 pounds and I feel so much more energetic and not so sluggish.  When I want the usual candy bar,  I just eat a Idealbar instead.  I tried the Strawberry Yogurt bars and they are wonderful tasting.  I am not really crazy about most cereal or granola bars, but this Idealbar is delicious and super moist.  The icing is great tasting as is the sweet strawberry filling.
