I've never been to Ohio, but we live in East Texas and have become really tired of the seasons and the home prices here are outrageous. I have been looking at the complete overall of Ohio and a town called, Harveysburg has really caught my eye. The weather there seems like what we want, cold winters and mild summers. The homes run in the prices of $129,000 and up for the size of home we need. I found a beautiful one listed by HerRealtors :
