   Summer is over, Fall is here and this means school has begun all across the world.  With school and this time of year, there are usually festivals and dances.  I have an 18 year old senior in high school that has a Fall Festival dance in October and she will be needing a dress and accessories to wear to it.  I found a wonderful shop online that specializes in just what she needs - Chi Chi Clothing.
