 Strobe Cosmetics are created by Chloe Tea and her business is one of the largest growing makeup brands on the market today.  Chloe has over 50 shades of eye shadow, nail polish and lip jellies and this number continues to grow.

 I reviewed several eye shadow colors from Strobe and I love the look of all of these pearly, glistening colors.  My favorite 2 colors that I reviewed are, "Shellbound" and "Swinger" :
