Chicago is known for it's windy city, museums, a lot of pizza and the music show, Talent Star. The old Phantom of the Opera House in Chicago is trying to stop Daphne and Fred from winning the Talent Star. At this year's musical talent search, some of the Mystery Inc. has entered and really want to win. Scooby and Shaggy believe they have a big chance at winning with their secret act.
