I really do not know if I can do justice to the artwork of Dean Tomasek.  I received 2 pictures and 1 poster to review and I am still amazed that Dean  painted these.  His artwork is unbelievable!  Dean takes original posters, advertisements and pictures and paints his own rendition of them.  All prints are created with giclee printing, no screen or other mechanical devices are used and therefore there is no visible dot screen pattern. The image has all the tonalities and hues of the original painting. Giclee (pronounced Gee’clay) is a French term meaning to spray or squirt, which is how an inkjet printer works.

All artwork is created with only the finest professional artists’ materials. The best acrylic colors in artistic quality on stretched canvas guarantee high quality and durability. The edges are neatly painted, that means the pictures can be hung up without a frame. A professional final treatment gives the pictures a regular protective layer against dust, humidity and UV-rays. The laid on conclusion varnish protects the work from influences of the weather, UV-Radiation, yellowness as well as scratch. The circulating edges are painted, and ready to hang.

In this portrait of Elvis Presley that I reviewed, you can see the littlest of all details.  Elvis is drawn perfectly in black.  It is gorgeous!

About the artist Dean Tomasek:
Dean was born in Chicago and grew up in Arizona,Wyoming, and Colorado before moving to Nashville on his 18th birthday to persue a music career.  Dean toured the world with many famous people all the while continuing to draw and paint.  Music is the main inspiration behind his work.  From  his series of portraits of outlaw country artists to his surreal landscapes you can see the music come alive in the artwork.



If you want to view Tomasek art and do not live near Nashville,Tennessee then you can easily go online to Dean's web page and look at all his wonderful artwork and purchase what you see.  All orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground, but may be upgraded if the buyer requests.  All products will be shipped within 3 days upon receiving payment. If buyer is in the Nashville area, personal delivery can be scheduled.


The rendition of the poster of Elvis Presley's 68 Comeback Special is unbelievable.  I am the biggest Elvis fan as you can tell by my selection of portraits to review and I would love to keep this poster for myself but I am putting it up for the giveaway.  I really want everyone to see just how tremendous of a painter Dean Tomasek is and hopefully whoever wins this poster will appreciate his fine artwork as much I do.
