The Spoonk mat comes with a bag to carry it more easily. I love that this mat is portable and doesn't require batteries. Take it to the beach, work, with you on vacation or whever you want to.  Just find yourself a place to lay down and give yourself about 20 min. and you will certainly feel better after laying on your Spoonk mat.
The ECO Foam mat is made in the USA.  Great to keep our fellow Americans in work instead of sending it elsewhere.
