Fun da Middles are the newest cupcake craze that will soon be hitting the grocery store shelves everywhere.  Betty Crocker has taken the ordinary cupcake and added a creamy, delicious filling to the center and boy is it so good!

I reviewed these awesome cupcakes with the help of my grandaughter Nicole.  She helped me mix all the ingredients together and bake them.  All you need to add is eggs, water, and oil--just like you would to any other cupcake mix.  I baked mine in a mini - cupcake maker but you can choose to make them any size.  Betty Crocker supplies you the pack of vanilla filling.  When you put a dollop of batter into the pan, you then drop a little of the filling on top of the batter and then place another dollop of batter on top of it.  Bake @ 350 degrees.  My mini - cupcake pan made 36 but regular size cupcake pans will let you make 24.
