I was allowed to review and hold a giveaway for another awesome Cooper and Me book series.

The latest addition is titled, " Cooper and Me and the Military".  In this book you will meet Trooper, Cooper’s best friend, and learn how he was adopted by Gracie and Joe and their parents, who both serve in the military. This family stays strong even though they are separated.

This book helps children understand what it means to be away from your loved ones.  But luckily through modern technology loved ones can now Skype, email, and send videos while their loved ones are in the military.

Find out how you can use the Cooper and Me series to help children unleash their imaginations, create special memories, and make learning together “paws”itively fun! Cooper and Me offers a perfect opportunity to reinforce that special bond between adult and child through direct communication about the story and the sharing of life experiences.

These books are written by Alexa Peters.  She began writing them in 2010.  Alexa is an 11 year old girl who has a dog named Cooper.  To enhance the fun and learning potential of the series, each Cooper and Me story is accompanied by three original, infectiously upbeat songs and narration. The music is written and performed by Bridget Mason Doran, a music educator and founder/owner of Tiny Tunes. Team Cooper was further expanded with Jennifer Scarpa, who brings a wealth of knowledge and personal experience from public school programs that address social/emotional learning. Jennifer and Monique met while collaborating on other education projects and soon realized they shared a vision for helping children develop the skills and resilience to handle various life experiences.
