Smart Soups Review

Smart Soup - Richmond, British Columbia

I recently reviewed a carton full of soups from Smart Soup.  I love fresh foods that haven't been canned and this is just what these soups are.  They taste like they were made that day.
I was afraid my children might not like some of the Smart Soups but surprisingly they liked all of them because sometimes they can be very picky.  Their favorite was the Santa Fe Corn Chowder.

Smart Soup has a variety of soups for everyone, there is sure to be several your family will love.  Here is a list of the soups:
French Lentil, Greek Minestrone, Indian Bean Masala, Moroccan Chick Pea, Santa Fe Corn Chowder, The Coconut Curry, and Vietnamese Carrot Lemongrass.  The different soups cover a wide variety of taste.
These soups are certified by American Heart Association, (which means they are low in sodium), gluten free, vegan and low in  fat and cholesterol.

Smart Soup uses real ingredients and zero preservatives and are also a good source of fiber.  Eating a bowl of Smart Soup is good as a meal without having the hassle of cooking several parts to a meal.  Just purchase your favorite Smart Soup from the frozen department in your grocery store and just heat, serve and enjoy.
Smart Soups are sold at local grocers, you can check out their store locator here to find one near you.

Soup is a really good meal especially during this cold time of year.  Visit Smart Soup on their website for more info and be sure to check out their Facebook and Twitter for other news.
