Address Your Heart - Review

 At the beginning of 2014 my family and I decided that it was time we took better control of our lives and that began with eating good, healthy foods.  Our daily routine begins with turning off the video games, the television, the electronic devices - to going outside and soaking up the sunshine, walking and playing outdoor games such as basketball and throwing the Frisbee around.

1. Broccoli Cheddar Rice Casserole. This recipe includes fresh, vitamin filled broccoli.

3. Louisiana-Style Chicken, Sausage & Shrimp Skillet.  Nothing is better than 3 great meats cooked all together with added goodness.


4.Tilapia and Vegetable Casserole. Tilapia is a excellent source of vitamins and when you add fresh veggies - the meal is a family favorite.



5. Creamy Turkey & Vegetable Lasagna- This recipe is a super hit with my family.  The layers of pasta noodles combined with the always loved Chicken noodle soup.



 Making these awesome tasting meals is what I enjoy and watching my family eat and ask for seconds, makes me one proud mom.  It is never too early to train our children to eat good foods, exercise and try to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
