   Guess what Sunday Feburary 7, 2016 is?  The Super Bowl yes and National Pork Rind Appreciation Day!!!

 Just crush a bag of Rudolph's Plain Pork Rinds add some seasonings, an onion and 4 teasp. of Mayo. Dip the thinly, seasoned round slice of onion in some Mayo and bake in the oven.  Ta Dah! the hit of the Super Bowl Party!
