Review Giveaway

I love pancakes and waffles. When making them from a powder mix I usually have extra batter left over that goes in the garbage, or if the grandchildren are eating with us, then I didn't make enough. Well, with Batter Blaster there is never a problem with left over batter and unless you are making more than 28 pancakes, you won't run out. This is due to the fact that with Batter Blaster you only use what you need and the rest stays in the can, in the refrigerator, until the next time you want to cook some.
I want to thank Jenna at Batter Blaster for allowing me to host this review/giveaway for them. The first time I tried it was with the help of my grandson Brice. Making pancakes with Batter Blaster is so easy to do. I let Brice squirt out his own pancake into the skillet (this , of course, was with my complete supervision !) and then I finished cooking it. I was skeptical at first about how it would taste, but Batter Baster makes a very good tasting pancake. They came out so light and fluffy!
I would really say the benefit that Batter Blaster has over the usual powder mixes is the convenience of being able to make what you need and not have to waste the left over batter. Just keep Batter Blaster stored in the refrigerator until the next time you are ready for some really good waffles or pancakes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I need to refrigerate Batter Blaster?
A: Yes! Batter Blaster is a refrigerated product to maintain maximum shelf life. Shelf life is printed on the bottom of the can.
Q: Can the can/packaging be recycled?
A: Yes, the plastic caps and tips are both recyclable, as is the steel can.
Q: What is the best way to cook pancakes?
A: Prepare your skillet on medium-high heat, or turn your electric griddle to 375-degrees for about 5 minutes.
Q: Do I need to grease my pan/griddle/waffle iron with butter or oil?
A: Yes, we recommend a light coating of vegetable oil or cooking spray, even if you're using a non-stick surface.
Q: How do I know when to flip/turn my pancakes?
A: Pancakes will be ready to flip/turn when they have slightly risen, and bubbles appear in the batter. The edges will also appear to have formed a golden brown base. Flip the pancakes over and continue to cook them until the under side is golden brown. Remember to flip pancakes only once, as repeated flips will toughen their texture.
