I let my grandson help me with this review. He sleeps with this giraffe every night. All you do is remove the lavender scented sack located inside the giraffes tummy and place it in the microwave for about a minute and place it back inside the giraffes tummy. It is ready to keep you warm for hours. The lavender smell is so relaxing and helps you sleep so sweetly. Lavender is natural calming effect to aid restful sleep.
