The Greek Yogurt Kitchen Cookbook was written by Trained Clinical Dietitian, Toby Amidor. Toby is also a nutritionist for the Food Network and she uses Greek yogurt in the most tasty and healthiest way in this cookbook.
I made several of these delicious recipes and I loved how they turned out. Before reading this cookbook, I never knew yogurt could be used in so many recipes.
Greek yogurt made the batter for these pancakes so much more creamier and they tasted great.

The yogurt replaces such items as buttermilk and fat that some recipes call for. Everything I cooked using the yogurt, tasted just as good, if not better, than without it.
