Ozeri OZK1Ceramic 3 pc. Knives are definitely some very good knives. I received these knives and the Ozeri Adjustable Ceramic Knife Stand and I love them both. You definitely need this adjustable knife stand with these knives because they are super sharp.
These 3 ultra sharp knives cut through just about anything. I cut up 2 whole fryers to BBQ last night for dinner, with the 9 inch knife, and I was so amazed at how it cut right through the small bones and the 3 inch knife will fillet your meat very thin. This set of knives comes with a 3'', 6" and a 9" knife that fits perfectly into the slots in the adjustable knife stand. The knife holder has protective enclosures that keep the knife's from being damaged.
Ozeri ceramic knives will never rust, and the blade is close in hardness to diamonds. This type of ceramic preserves the sharpness to 10 times that of steel blades.
Mince, chop and slice through fruit, meats and vegetables. Just be careful because they are super sharp and you can get cut easily. This is why I recommend you buying the knife stand to store them in.
The sleek, black design of the knife stand is very pretty to look at and matches most all kitchen looks. The knives are sharp, never dull and work great. You have to purchse the set of 3 knives seperate from the knife stand, but really do buy both at the same time because you will need both of these together.
