I have really been watching my weight a lot here lately.  Being 50 years old is a time when everything you eat seems to show on our bodies.  I guess our metabolism has slowed down a bunch.  Not only has my metabolism slowed down but some of my regular body activities have also.  Eating more fiber has become essential.

I received a box of Fiber One 80 Calorie cereal to review.  It tastes like  honey with a little sweetness.

Each crunchy wheat and corn puff square in every bowl of Fiber One 80 Calories cereal has a light honey flavor – a delicious way to start your day.  Fiber helps satisfy your hunger and helps you feel full, making it a great tool to help manage your weight.
