"The Reason" written by William Sirls, is absolutely one of the most wonderful books that I have ever read.  This book will keep you on the edge of your seat and ready for the next chapter as soon as you finish the previous one.  

Pastor Jim Lindy is a blind minister who is married to Shirley and they have an exceptional son named Charlie.  Charlie can't talk and he is a gentle giant with his height being nearly 7 feet tall.  Brooke is a single mom with a delightful, 5 year son named Alex and they live with the Lindy family.  The story begins with the cross at the Lindy's church being struck by lightening.  The cross is completely damaged.  After the news of the cross being struck reaches the local townspeople, 2 Dr.'s and a nurse try to see if they can help to have it repaired.  Kenneth is a carpenter who appears out of nowhere and repairs the cross like it was brand new.  Amazing things seem to take place when Kenneth is around and he knows information on each of the people he meets.

  Everyone by now has heard of, and possibly read, the book titled, "Fifty Shades of Gray".  Well, that book now has a sister, a book with a similar story line but really a total opposite.  You are thinking I am not making any sense, aren't you?  Karen Exkorn had heard so many woman making comments about Christian doing this and doing that to the lady in the other book, that she decided to write her own version but, with a little more....uh spice.

Karen Exkorn had written a book before, one based on Autism.  Having a son with this disability had shown Karen the life of  what living with this disease, and conquering it meant.  One day, at a book signing, a fan asked Karen if she ever intended on writing any funny books.  Hence the book,"Fifty-Two Shades of Blue- ish."

Is your hair dry and brittle?  It could be from the weather, too many products that you put on it or even from coloring it often.  Mine was breaking off with each shampoo, I believe the curling iron or blow dryer has made mine that way.  Plus, I color my hair every other month.

Shielo was generous enough to allow me to try their Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner. This shampoo is wonderful!  I loved the smell the minute I opened the bottle. The smell is a fresh spring scent.

Hibiscus and Vanilla Cactus help soothe the scalp from the use of color treatments.  This shampoo also contains Shea Butter which adds a protective barrier to seal the hair shaft.  This shampoo is a wonderful product to have for your hair. Shielo also sells the Hydrating Conditioner which increases the hair and adds shine.  It also helps lock in your color.

When I was asked to review this movie, "Father of Lights", I didn't expect it to be as it really is.  Father of Lights is filmed by Darren Wilson at Wanderlust Productions.  In this documentary styled film, Darren travels around the world asking people what God is or who he is.  Different people have different answers.

Darren first encounters a man who says God speaks to him daily, everyday.  God tells this man what to say and do.  He is also shown visions of things.

At School of Wash, any product, with your own personal scent, is made the day you order it and it will last for 1 year.
I chose to review SOW hair shampoo and conditioner.  Once you decide on the product you want, then you need to pick your own scent.  There are so many to choose from!

I recently read a book titled, "Dog Trots Globe".  This book is about a dog, Chula, which means "pretty" in Spanish, and her owners. Chula and her owners are taking a trip to France and this book is written through the eyes of Chula. 

Chula tells of the long trip to France where she has to stay in a pet carrier for quite a while.  Once they arrive in France they stay in a beautiful home in Saint-Remy-de-Provence.  Chula loves to run and play in this beautiful yard.

I have terrible leg cramps and I could never find anything to help relieve the horrible pain.  Recently Hylands allowed me to review some of their homeopathic medicine and one of these medicines are for leg cramps.  I was so excited to try this product and I was desperately hoping it would work.

This product really does work. It relieved the terrible cramps and spasms in my calves and feet.  You can take this medicine day or night but I choose to take it right before  I go to bed because my leg cramps usually happen through the night.  I can proudly say that since I began using this product that I do not have any more leg pains.

It's that time of year again - colds, flu, and sore throats.  Although I love winter, coughing and feeling bad is awful.  I always have tissues and sore throat drops available when these nasty times hit my family.  One problem I have always had when giving  cough drops to the younger children, is the chance that they could choke on the hard, disc drops. Well, I now will not have this problem any more because I was allowed to review for Pine Bros. Softish Throat Drops.

Rosie loves animals and she loves creating.  What a great idea to add both her favorite things to an Etsy shop where she can share what she makes with all of us. 

Rosie sent me some samples of her Tarts, that she makes herself, for me to try.  Of the 39 scents I was able to try 3 different ones.

The first set was "French Vanilla Latte".  This scent smells like coffee with a little bit of vanilla added.  This Tart, and all her packaged Tarts, sell for $5.00 for a 2 oz.pack.  

The other scent I tried was "Citrus Basil".  It smells citrusy with a hint of Basil. This is a great spring Tart.

The last, and my favorite, Tart that I reviewed was the "Fresh Baked Pastries".  This Tart smells so delicious.  Smells just like you walked into a bakery and there are sticky buns and cakes everywhere.

The boy has been injured in the storm and is left blind. Sister Theresa nurses Lucas  back to health and another nun, sister Catherine explains what snow is to Lucas, who has never seen it.  

Lucas is later asked to play a part in the school's Christmas program.  It is during the program that they discover unconditional love can overcome anything.

All women love to be pampered and Perfectly Posh is a company that has all kinds of pampering products.  Their products not only work and smell wonderful, the look is fantastic.  Posh has paraffin and paraben free products.  These are also gluten free, not tested on animals and contain no sulfates. I would describe Perfectly Posh to be good for your skin and body.
I was allowed to review 2 awesome items from Posh and choosing just 2 was hard to do because everything  looked great.  There are body washes, sugar scrubs, glosses, balms, lotions, products for baby and many more fantastic looking products.  I have never seen products look like the ones from Posh.  Below is a Hot Salt scrub that looks like ice cream and smells oh so peachy.

Last year my husband found a dark place on his nose and with a trip to the Dermatologist he found out he had a skin cancer that had to be cut out.  Scary, costly, and it leaves the skin with permanent damage. 

My husband had never kept his skin covered from the sun's ultraviolet rays and never used sunscreen.  This health problem, and other skin problems, are becoming more and more of a concern with people everywhere today. We need to protect our eyes as well as our skin from the harmful affects of the sun.

Morphology is a board game played a lot like charades except with this game you use sticks, beads, strings, frogs and other objects to describe the word.  

I reviewed this game with my grandchildren and we really enjoyed playing it.  

The object of the game is to be able to get your other players to guess the word that  you just made, with the included game pieces.  There is a timer and you must beat it.  The team that guesses the word first will move forward onto a lily pad.

I was ecstatic to get to review a Ozeri Kandle LED Book Light.  Finally someone came out with the perfect book light for my Kindle!  The Kandle will work great on Sony Readers and other E Readers too. The WideLip grip attaches perfectly to the top of the reader and doesn't block the screen.  The LED lights are not too bright but bright enough for you to see the words well without causing eye strain. The Kandle can also be used as a free standing night light.  Great for bedtime reading, in the car or anywhere you want to read and not disturb others.

The Ozeri Kandle comes with a great little case to store it when not in use.

I can not tell you how excited I was to receive my packs of Smashing Watermelon Rockin Green Laundry Detergent.  This bio-degradable, clean rinsing, and great smelling laundry detergent is wonderful. Rockin Green is great for Normal, Soft and Hard water conditions. 
I added this laundry detergent to my laundry and the first thing I noticed was the fruity watermelon smell.  It smelt so good! 

The laundry detergent looks like little rocks, hence the name, Rockin Green. I checked the water halfway through the wash cycle and I noticed the rocks were dissolved but the fragrance of watermelons, was still there. After the laundry was done, the clothes were clean and clear of all residue. After drying the clothes, I was so pleased to see how clean the laundry was!  And they smelled like fruity watermelons.
